Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday. Once orders are placed, they ship within 1 business days.

Orders are shipped from UK, Cambridgeshire.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you wish to replace a defective or damaged item, please send photos or a short video of the defect or damage to Please include your original order number in the subject line.’

Returns and exchanges on items purchased from are accepted within 60 days of your original purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required your complete your return/exchange.

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, and in the original packaging.

Haqua will cover the shipping fees for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Haqua reserves the right to replace damaged items at its sole discretion.

Haqua will not be held responsible for items lost in transit to our return address.
